Refund and Redo Policy

At Studio AW, we strive to ensure that all clients leave our studio happy with their results. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, we require that you notify us in writing within 7 days of your appointment.

After receiving your written notification, we will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer to either redo the service or issue a refund.

Please note that no refunds or redos will be offered or accepted beyond the 7-day window. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain this policy to ensure fairness for all clients.
